Is the payment by Credit & Debit Cards secure your online shop?
The payment by Debit & Credit Cards is protected via our Hosted payments and our SSL Certificates. Your Debit & Credit Cards information are encrypt and only treated by our partners Amazon Pay or Simplify Commerce by Mastercard. We only use the highest and latest standards available for data protection.

We only accept payment by Credit and Debit Cards to avoid fraud but also to ship your order in a faster way.

We only accept US dollars for all of our transactions.
Do I have to pay taxes and duties on my order?
If you live in California the taxes will be directly taken into account during the checkout process so you will not have to pay anything else.
If you live in the United States but outside California you will not have to pay taxes during the checkout process but will be responsible to pay any other taxes due in your state of residence.
If you live outside the United States you will not have to pay taxes and duties during the checkout process but will have to pay taxes and duties when you receive your order in accordance with your country laws.

How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
If your order has been taken into account you should receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your order. If you haven't receive any confirmation e-mail please contact us via the Contact us form.

We ship our products worldwide.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your USPS shipping number. You can then track your order directly on the USPS website or or on our website under My accounts then "My orders".
How long does it takes to your products deliver to me?
U.S. delivery takes about 2 to 7 open days following your order depending on the shipping option you have chosen.
International delivery might take about 10 open days following your orders.
All orders are generally shipped the same or next day following your order.
Do I have to pay shipping cost?
Basic delivery option cost is free of charge over $135 anywhere in the United Sates.
Other delivery options are also available and all options are always calculated at the right cost so you never pay more than you should.
Do I have to pay return shipping cost?
U.S. return shipping cost is included and free of charge for all orders.
International return shipping cost is not included by USPS and have to be paid by the sender for all orders.
Can I choose another shipping service than USPS for delivery?
We only work with USPS for all of our shipping service in partnership with Stamps.com allowing us to get better rates for our customers.
How to return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order you have 30 days to return it to us. You can exchange your order at no cost the first time or ask for a full refund. Please follow the Merchandise return process:

Please make sure the product(s) you are returning are in their original state and tags, without having been worn, washed or damaged.
If you cannot print out the "Return slip" please note clearly your First name, Last Name and Order reference inside the package and send us your returned order at our address stated above.
How long does it takes you to refund me?
As soon as we receive you returned order we will proceed to the refund as quickly as possible. We will send you a confirmation e-mail when the payment has been made and you will then have to wait a few days so that the payment can reach out your account.
